Delivery is free to any UK address on orders of £40 or more. Below that it is a flat £4.95, whatever the size of your order. The cost is shown in your bag before you pay, so there is never a surprise at the last step.

Orders placed on a working day are prepared for dispatch the same day, and most parcels reach UK addresses within two to three working days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

We ship within the United Kingdom, and all prices are shown in pounds sterling. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, send us a message and we will let you know whether we can help.

Yes. You will receive an email confirming your order, and a second message once it has been dispatched. You can also see your orders at any time in your account.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and once your return reaches us we will arrange your refund.

Send us a message with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will reply with everything you need. There is no need to rush, the 30 days begin from the day your parcel arrives.

Please get in touch as soon as you notice, ideally with a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, and we will not ask you to post a damaged item back at your own expense.

It is. Pets are particular, and a bed or harness that suits one animal will not suit another. As long as the item is in a resaleable condition and within 30 days, we are happy to take it back.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our own systems.

If your order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it. Message us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do what we can.

No, you are welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to see past orders and save an address for next time.

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the adjustment range on the product page. If your dog falls between two settings, tell us the measurement and we will advise.

The dog bed has a removable cover that is machine washable, and the litter mat can be shaken out or rinsed under a tap. Full care notes are on each product page.
