Free delivery to any UK address on orders of £40 or more, otherwise a flat rate of £4.95.

Unused and in its original packaging, and we will arrange your refund.
Delivery
Every UK order is sent by tracked standard delivery. Orders of £40 or more are delivered free, and anything below that is a flat rate of £4.95 however much you order. The charge appears in your bag before payment, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Orders placed before the end of a working day are prepared for dispatch that same day. Most parcels arrive within two to three working days, though this can stretch a little during busy periods and around bank holidays.
We ship within the United Kingdom, and all prices are shown in pounds sterling. If you would like an order sent elsewhere, please ask us first and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it leaves us. Past orders are always visible in your account.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind. Pets are particular, and a bed or harness that suits one animal will not always suit another, so there is no need to explain yourself.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Message us with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
- Once your return reaches us, your refund is arranged to the original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice, ideally with a photograph. We will put it right and we will not ask you to cover the cost of returning it.
